Everything reaches the same inbox and a person reads all of it. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If your message concerns an incorrect specification on a live page, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front of the queue.
What we can help with
| Specification corrections | A capacity figure, class rating, dimension or compatibility note that is wrong or out of date. Include the page address and the source you are working from, and we will check it against the manufacturer’s current documentation. |
| Broken or redirected links | Retailer links move and products get discontinued. Tell us where the link is and we will repair or remove it. |
| Product suggestions | Gear you think belongs in one of our guides. Manufacturer specification sheets are more useful to us than marketing pages. |
| Sponsorship and partnerships | Commercial enquiries, including advertising and affiliate programme invitations. We do not sell rankings, scores or placement in a guide, so please do not ask. |
| Guest contributions | We accept very few, and only from people with genuine trade or workshop experience in hauling, towing or load securement. Pitch the subject before writing anything. |
| Press and general enquiries | Anything else, including copyright questions and requests to reuse our material. |
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether a specific vehicle, trailer, rack or strap is safe for a specific load. We have not seen your equipment, we do not know its condition or history, and getting that judgement wrong has real consequences. Those questions belong with the manufacturer of the equipment, a qualified installer, or a commercial vehicle inspector.
We also cannot help with warranty claims, returns, refunds, shipping problems or order tracking. We do not sell anything and we hold no order information. Those enquiries go to the retailer or manufacturer you bought from.
A note on unsolicited pitches
We receive a steady volume of link insertion requests, paid placement offers and pre-written articles. We do not publish sponsored posts, we do not insert paid links into existing pages, and we do not run content written by an agency on behalf of a brand. Messages of that kind are deleted without a reply.
Manufacturers are welcome to send specification sheets, manuals, fitment charts and product documentation. That material is genuinely useful and it improves the accuracy of our pages. Sending it creates no obligation on our part and does not influence a ranking.
